To ensure the safety of myself as well as all my clients we have had to make some changes to comply with the new regulations set up by Heath Canada and the Government of Alberta. As you all know, we have always been dedicated to keeping you safe, while providing a clean and welcoming environment for my clients. The following are the steps we have set up during these times:

 

1. INCREASED SANITIZATION. - We have always been extremely thorough with cleaning and have followed strict sanitization measures and we will continue to do so. 

2. MASKS REQUIRED - If you do not have a mask I will provide one for you for a small fee

3. SANITIZATION STATION UPON ENTRY - please take a moment to sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided. Lysol wipes, and masks will also be at the station.

4. THERE IS NO LONGER A SELF SERVE CANDY/TEA STATION - We will providing bottled water only.

5. SPACED OUT APPOINTMENTS - all clients will have spaced out appointment times as to not come in contact with other clients. In order to comply with Government of Alberta requirements appointment lengths with each client will be maximum 2 hours.

6. PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MIN PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT -  send the shop a text message when you have arrived. Please remain in your vehicle. Once I am ready for you to enter the space I will send you a message.  If you get dropped off and picked up from your appointment please plan accordingly. The waiting room will not be available for use to protect all guests.

7. WELLNESS CHECK-  Please do not come in If you are not feeling well. The cancelation fee will not apply to those who cancel due to illness. As well you can rely on me to not come in if I am experiencing and symptoms or if I have been in contact with someone who has been sick.

8. PLEASE COME ALONE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT -During this time additional guests will not be allowed to accompany you to your appointment.

9. REMOVAL OF MAGAZINES & BLANKETS - items that cannot be easily disinfected have been removed from the shop. if you tend to get chilly during long appointments please bring your own blanket.
